Every year my family does some kind of fundraiser event to help pay for our annual camping trip. It's turned out to be more about the time spent working together rather than the money we make; although the money is nice too. We've done yard sales, sno cones and selling glowsticks at fireworks. We've decided we like doing glowsticks the best because it's a small amount of work for a nice return and at the end of the night we all get to enjoy fireworks together!
Here are the main sellers dressed and ready to GLOW! It's fun to look around as it starts to get dark to see all the glow product flying around the park.
We really enjoyed the fireworks show. We had amazing spots right by the no cross line but behind the bathrooms - so nobody was around us.
Zoey was mesmerized by the fireworks at first but after a few minutes she had had enough and fell asleep.
After is was all over we went back to my mom's to count the money and have dessert. Mmmm! What a great combination! Zoey was Smiley McGee and laughing with Neil. It was super cute.
What a great 4th of July weekend!
